1. Do you have a guarantee?

Yes - this service is called SMTP server, and every 123 account supports this. 5. Are there limits to the "hits" my site can get?

Each 123 Cheap Hosting account comes with 5G (gigabits) of bandwidth or traffic (that's 5000MB).   Bandwidth usage is a simple equation - number of visits times information sent in each visit.  Since the average web page is about 50K in size, 5G equals roughly 100,000 page downloads a month!  Larger files will increase traffic usage, but 5G bandwidth provide enough capacity for 99% of all web sites on the Internet, and if your site is becoming the next Yahoo, a simple upgrade offers even more bandwidth at inexpensive rates.

7. Will I need to have your banner ads on my site?

Absolutely not! Some "budget" web hosts force you to put a banner or other form of advertisement on your web site pages. 123 Cheap Hosting will never take any part of your site - it's yours to do with as you see fit. 8. What are your "uptime" statistics?

Over the last 6 month reporting period our servers have been up an average of 99.8% of the time. If your site is down and it's our fault we'll work on it promptly, and get you back in business asap. If the problem is your fault we'll try and fix it, and then let you know what we did and how you can avoid the problem the next time!

9. What type of servers do you have?  Do you support ASP?

The best! We use Apache servers running on the Linux operating system.  All of our servers have a superior connection to the Internet backbone - your site will publish faster with a 123 account than with nearly any other servers available (at any price!).   For all the details check out our Server Configuration section. we do not support Active Server Pages, but there are some very good alternatives available. Every 123 account supports CGI/Perl in your own, ready-to-go cgi-bin, and PHP4 - a powerful yet simple scripting language similar to ASP (but we think better). 10. Free domain name? What's the catch?

There is no catch! When you buy a host account from us and pay for a year in advance, you get two great deals. First you get a 20% discount - if you pay monthly the rate is $9.94/month, but if you pay for a year in advance we charge $99.00 - 20% off. The second, and even better deal is the free domain name - we'll pay your registration fee for one year.
